Breast pump and TENS machine hire

Our breast pumps and TENS machines are hired on a monthly basis.

Breast pumps can be collected and dropped off at the address we give you at the start and end of the hire period. We ask that you return your pump within 3 days of the end of the hire period.

Breast pumps and TENS machines can be sent to you by post and will include a post return bag. The postage cost will be added to first month’s payment.

If there is a more than 3 day delay with return of the hired item we reserve the right to charge you for a further month’s hire fee.

Damaged or Faulty items

If you have a problem with any hire item, we’ll aim to resolve it as quickly possible in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us on melissa@lifecycles.nz if you believe the item(s) you received is faulty or has been damaged.
