Baby and Me Classes
Bring your little one along and enjoy some time to restore some balance in your body and mind while interacting with your baby in a fun and creative way. These classes help rebuild core strength, release tension and regain energy in a relaxed and supportive environment. Babies can be included in the postures and exercises so they benefit from the contact, movement and stimulation. Enjoy baby massage and baby yoga demos as well.
What To Expect
60 minutes of gentle poses and postures
A safe, relaxed, welcoming environment for you and your baby
Exercises to strengthen your core and tone your pelvic floor muscles
Stretches to unwind and release tension from holding baby
Breath work to ease the nervous system and reduce anxiety
A chance to give back to yourself while still spending time with your baby
No experience necessary
Mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks provided
Tea and snack at the end of class and a chance to meet other mums

Classes are taught by a fully qualified yoga instructor, who is also a Midwife with over 20 years of experience.
Melissa completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training through Noah Maze in Los Angeles. Additionally, she holds a Postnatal Yoga Certification from Bliss Baby in Australia.
